Gym Ops Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of Gym Ops, the software for running combat-sports gyms and academies operated by Alimenta App, LLC. By creating an account or using Gym Ops you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Spanish version is the reference version for users in Mexico.
1. The service
Alimenta App, LLC provides Gym Ops at https://gym.alimenta.app. Address: 1111B S Governors Ave # 34591, Dover, DE 19904, USA. Support: diegotorresdurante@gmail.com.
Authorized staff at each gym record members, memberships, payments received, classes and check-ins. Members see their own information and show their QR code at the front desk. These terms do not replace the commercial agreement between the gym and Gym Ops or the conditions of the gym’s sports services.
2. Your account
Use your own account, protect your credentials and only access information that belongs to you. You can sign in with Google or with your email. Accounts are not intended for people under 18.
Do not impersonate others, falsify records, extract data without authorization or interfere with the service. If you see someone else’s information or notice unauthorized access, stop viewing it and let us know.
3. The gym’s responsibilities
The gym is responsible for its classes, facilities, instructors, prices and its members’ physical safety. Gym Ops does not provide sports or medical services.
The gym must keep its staff permissions up to date, check its records and have a legal basis for processing its members’ personal data. The waiver is an external document: its status in Gym Ops is only a staff note.
4. Payments and memberships
Gym Ops records payments the gym receives on its own; it does not charge cards, move money, or issue tax receipts (CFDI). Reversing a receipt keeps the history and does not refund money. For questions or refunds, contact your gym.
A membership’s validity depends on the periods the gym records. Gym Ops does not charge members automatically.
5. QR code and check-ins
Your QR code is personal; do not share it. A recorded check-in does not by itself prove who carried the code or that they are fit to train.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Gym Ops available, but interruptions can happen and we do not guarantee continuous availability. We may improve or change features. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
7. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, linked at the top and bottom of this page. The gym must also inform members about its own processing.
8. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived, including those under Mexican consumer-protection law; you may contact PROFECO where applicable.
9. Changes and contact
We will post changes on this page with their date. If a change is significant, we will announce it before it applies and, where appropriate, ask you to accept it again. For questions, email diegotorresdurante@gmail.com.
